Mexico brings out the Happiness...!

OR when I go to the 1st american restaurant and get an oreo milkshake BUT you still get sick from it later, yup Im still in mexico.

and when Sara refuses to do certain things like sit on the floor with the other kids. haha she makes me laugh everyday.

When you send a note home with the parents that they need to dress in red and my little Ricardo comes in BLUE, that thug.:)

like eating these tacos and NOT regretting any of it!

and of course when Emilio and Inigo just make my day a little more complicated.

Mexico! your almost done.. you've treated me so well and filled me with new happiness that I can always dwell on and  remember. Being happy is something me and my roomates often talk about and I think I always blog about being happy? haha. If I wrote an acronym poem for happy it would be H-Hope. A-apples , i love them, P-prayer, such a devine thing, P-people are cool! haha Y-you, whoever u are, youve made me smile a time or two :).

long days and short weeks

Here's my second class!. They love to sing and fight about what the right words are in the song. Fernanda- she only comes once a week shes older and very smart she attends school where my 1st class of the day is (rich ppl) Sara- sweet sara, shes a triplet, loves when i read her stories and learns quickly, shes developed a little bit of an attitude lately haha we just laugh it off :), Juan Carlos-kinda a baby sometimes and ALWAYS has to go to the bathroom!.. but he always likes to ask me questions last RICHARD- ohh i could write an essay on him. Loves candy, loves games, loves singing, loves when we do kicthen activities haha and is very smart he always knows whats going on , what a stud. and Jesus my other student is sick with the chicken pox :o. Well now I feel for my teachers growing up of how the days are so terribly yet wonderfully long and the weeks seem to pass so quickly like when you get to eat your favorite food.. and its gone in minutes!..bummer. Wouldn't trade my life for anything right now, im having a blast! :-)

that ONE this will be me only a girl, choosing a book to read and having it not be my last.. I will become a reader!

TWO, I will need to get myself a Maxi Dress, maybe Mexico has one waiting for me somewhere.. :)

THREE learn to sew. Doesnt the pic look like me anyway! haha..I'm thinking a quilt, maybe some pillows...

FOUR spend ''some'' money on a nice pair of glasses and ''attempt'' to pull them off...hope!

FIVE plant something in Verna's wonderful yard so theres always a little piece of me.. only i'll keep mine in the ground.

SIX run 15 miles straight.. maybe i'll have a partner and we'll be having as much fun as they are...

SEVEN pull off a mexican feast for my family.. practice is what I keep telling myself and yea well nunca practice has gone on... one day italia.... ps. quesidillas are my fav!








EIGHT dance more, i sure miss my dancing.. Sara its you and me gurlfriend!
NINE practice my baking skills and bake cool things for Jonathan.. cause he just deserves all the brownies in the world!
last, TEN practice espanol!.. been in Mexico for nealry 4 months not much has changed.. dang.
and while theres probably a million other things I could name off, these seem most important, they're good right.. right... right?!I hope so.. looking forward to a busy summer.

.. when the feeling of happiness comes, when your teaching a bunch of crazy kids and everything is moving in slow motion and your smiling... when you feel like your home when you go to sleep at night but really your on a bed where you can feel the springs in the mattress and the spiders in the corner are still there to wish you goodnight after you killed their friends...when you've started to care about a new person or people and you continue to learn so much from them...when you listen to a new soundtrack and yet again you have a new favorite song...when you think about the good times and wish they were here but then realize there's more to come!...when you still get excited for a prepared meal after a long day of work but you have to wait an hour for it...when you laugh and laugh and laugh, and can still laugh about the same memory for years...when you read the same book and still doesn't cease to fill you with joy...when you look at pictures of loved ones and know, they love you back...when you think you cant be angry at anything anymore but you are for a split second (most likely longer) but you know it too shall pass...when your dad still calls you his baby and kisses your cheek.. when your mom teaches you something new and think it wont help, but it will, sure will!... when theres no AC in your house and you wish for snow but then quickly change your mind that you rather be hot than cold...and last when I teach my little beans and they learn and I know I taught them that and you think what can good deed can I do next for someone. I cant keep forgetting about the little things that make me happy.

it's a start

So should I blog?? because really only my #1 Fan reads this ( SHOUT OUT to my MOM).
So I'm in Mexico..''you're in mexico Italia?'' typical FB question, but really Ive only been posting pics for the last 3 months!!.What do you even go on FB for? everyone knows FB woulndt be FB without pics, come on! Well its true Italias in Mexico and probably having the greatest time of her life. I'm so glad I came, teaching those little beans makes my heart smile, I couldnt ask for more right now other than apple pie and a hug from my parents ( and a handshake from Mr.Cool). And yea now I know, I dont want to be teacher, that can get scratched off the list. But the kids, oh man, the kids, the kids, i love them, i cant help but want a league of my own kids, yes a league so when we play sports we dont have to call the neighbors over, pshh who needs whinny nieghbors that steal your homemade cookies! i dont! hahah joke, joke, joke.

I teach 2 classes, both so different. One class hates having books read to them and wants tons of sugar in their lemonade, other class A.K.A my humble class loves teacher italias reading and passes on  the extra sugar in the lemonade. It's amazing how much of an affect parents have on their kids.. do all parents know this?NO!..im not a parent so i wont drag this out, but  really!. So class number one @ discovery ( rich, stuck up school of this city) consists of Angie-Justin Bieber fanatic and thinks the word ''want'' in english also means the word ''one''. Inigo- serisouly has a unibrow and takes most of the attention, Emilio-emilio, emilio, hes kinda my favorite, youngest and smartest in the class and likes to randomly sing classic rock songs, Leoncio- green eyed cute boy that can never seem to copy what i write on the board exaclty the same! ex: favorite... faborite, Regina- star student! does her HW, cracks jokes once in awhile, makes funny faces and always has her cute half up side ponytail :) and last Ximena- shy shy shy girl... but when she laughs, its loud! .. well as much as ive enjoyed this blog and havent talked about my other class, i think its a wrap...  to be continued

TALI in CALI.

I've made a permanet stay in CA this last September and it's been really fun! Best part warm weather and I am NOT missing the snow! California is a beautiful place and has lots to offer. I'll be leaving in January but dont know when I will coem back here, I really do love it here but it's time to get a move on school and get a career. ahah, Im feeling a little behind. None the less California has been a great experience and I truly have grown from making the switch.
